What we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to get it changed or deleted. In plain language.

Who we are

This policy explains how CORPSBOUTIQUE BIOTECH PVT LTD ("CORPSBOUTIQUE", "CB", "we", "us"), based in Gurugram, India, handles personal data collected through corpsboutique.com.

For this data we act as the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, and we also follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules while those remain in force.

Questions, requests and complaints: hello@corpsboutique.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site, plus basic technical data needed to run it.

WhenWhat we storeWhy
You join the waitlistEmail address (required). Optionally: the wearable you use, your main goal, and whether you want hardware news. Also: your referral code, the code of whoever referred you, the page and link tag you joined from, your browser type, and a record of your consent (time and wording version). To give you early access, keep your place in line, count referrals, and email you about CB.
You use "Be part of it"Name, email, the role you chose, the details for that role (for example fund and typical cheque size, specialty and institution, area and portfolio link, or devices and city), your message, and a record of your consent. To read your request and reply to you.
You visit any pageOur host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time, page requested). We also keep an anonymous visit count: the page, how you arrived (the site you came from, or a tag in the link such as ?via=instagram), your approximate city and country worked out from your IP address (the address itself is not stored), your device type and browser, and whether it's your first visit. This isn't linked to your name or email. To keep the site running and secure, and to understand which channels bring people to CB.

We do not collect health data, biometric data or payment details through this website. Please don't send us medical information through the forms.

Data kept on your device

To show you that you've already joined or already sent a request, the site saves a small note in your browser's local storage (your referral code, or the name, email and date of your request). It also saves a simple "seen before" flag, so we can count first visits without identifying you. This stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings, or with "Join with a different email" / "Submit as someone else" on the page.

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't count your visit at all. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn't share your data with font or ad providers.

How we use it

  • To manage the waitlist, your position and referrals, and invite you to early access.
  • To send you a confirmation email and occasional updates about CB. Every update includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To reply to investor, clinician, engineer and tester requests.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We process your form data on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox on each form. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:

Withdrawing consent stops further processing. It doesn't affect anything we lawfully did before you withdrew.
