Ashish Jain is a hybrid athlete who trains for strength, endurance and the long game. His focus is performance that lasts: training hard, recovering well and staying at your best for decades. The tools for that didn't exist in one place, so he started building them.

The builder

Ashish doesn't believe technology belongs only to engineers. It belongs to whoever needs it badly enough. Necessity writes the best product brief, and what you build with the tools available comes down to ingenuity. CB OS is what that looks like when the problem is your own performance.

He also brings an unusual edge to a health company: a background in corporate and commercial law. In a category built on personal data and health claims, knowing exactly where the lines are, and building on the right side of them, is part of the product.

Why I'm building CB

I train as a hybrid athlete: strength, endurance, and everything that decides whether you can keep doing both for decades. Recovery, sleep, metabolic health, longevity. Like most people who take this seriously, I have more numbers about my body than decisions. Blood work sits in one inbox, sleep in one app, training in another, and the advice on top of it is written for an average body that doesn't exist.

Biotech changed medicine, but it mostly stayed inside labs and clinics. AI went from research papers to everyone's phone in a few years. I think personal biotech is next, and I want CB to be how people use it: one app that reads your body, tells you what to do today, and connects you with people and places to do it with.

So I started building it, first for myself and then for the people I train with. We're starting small and honestly: a weekend community in Gurugram and an app we're testing with early members. If that sounds like you, I'd like you in early.
